All payments made to Netmetrics are handled securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to our billing terms. Refunds are generally not provided except as required by law or outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Eligible Cases

  • Duplicate payment due to system error
  • Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)
  • Technical issues preventing service access (verified by our support team)

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind or unused subscription time
  • Services already rendered (e.g., completed lookups or scans)
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle

5. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
