All subscriptions are billed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law.
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netmetrics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network outages, or other force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
You agree to bring claims against Netmetrics only in your individual capacity, and not as part of any class or representative action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
